Handy Person Immediately required to work with our client the Housing Executive in the Coleraine branch. You will be working alongside Patch Managers to undertake a range of tasks in the Coleraine area. The hours of work for this role are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm. This is a temporary role with an hourly pay rate of £12.81 per hour. Job Duties: Undertake and arrange response maintenance and building work Fitting of security screens, roof work repairs (tiles & chimney) Patching of plaster and brickwork, concrete paths Erecting metal handrails Sewer repairs Work as part of a team alongside Patch Managers Communicate effectively with Housing Executive customers and partners.
