Manpower are recruiting for Switchboard Operators based in Cambridge.
**The role**:
Responding to calls and being the initial point of contact for patients, public and internal staff.
**Hours**:
Monday - Friday 08:00-16:00 **/**09:00 - 17:00pm
**Length of Role**:
2 Months - Temporary
**Hourly Rate**:
£10.19ph
**Duties**:

- Deal with the distribution and recording of internal and external pagers and ensure they are issued in a working condition.
- Manage the internal emergency telephones terminated in the Switchboard room and be fully conversant with all emergency procedures
- Logging calls in the correct system
- Other duties will be required as and when requested

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience within a similar role switchboard/call centre role
- Able to work without supervision
- Excellent communication skills across internal and external staff
