The role consists of:

- Entering and Uploading Purchase Invoices on software package.
- Checking Suppliers Monthly Statements.
- Preparing Monthly Payment Detail.
- Entering all Petty Cash Details and credit card transactions and Reconciling.
- Supporting the Finance Team.

This is an example of the job responsibilities although not an exhaustive list. The hours of work are 15 hours per week over two or three days per week. Flexibility is important to us. There may be the opportunity to increase these hours once trained in the role. You will receive 5.6 weeks annual leave per annum inclusive of Bank Holidays.

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour
