As a Designer at TBCo, you will:

- Drive innovation and creativity in our product development process
- Work closely with our team of designers, buyers, and merchandisers to design collections that are both product leading and sustainable
- Develop our brand identity and ensure that our products reflect our values
- Be a part of a team that is passionate about making a difference in the world

We are looking for someone who is:

- Highly creative and innovative
- Experienced in designing commercial product collections
- Passionate about product leading design and sustainability
- Excellent at problem-solving and ideation

Area of responsibility will include, but not limited to:

- Conducting research, identifying new trends and future opportunities
- Creating innovative designs concepts for Interiors or Fashion which align with TBCo’s vision and target markets
- Creating detailed sketches, technical designs and specifications for presentations and order packs
- Supporting with design collab projects
- Developing and prototyping new ideas
- Collaborating with the product team to bring new products to market on time
- Staying up-to-date on the latest design trends, innovations and technologies

The ideal Designer:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fashion or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Fashion or Interiors Design
- Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory and layout
- Strong knowledge of têxtile manufacturing processes
- Highly skilled in using design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact collaboratively across teams and at all levels
- Ability to self-manage and handle multiple priorities
- Experience using woven têxtile software would be an advantage
- Portfolio of work demonstrating innovation and creativity

Details:
Location: minimum 2-3 days a week based in Edinburgh at our Leith studio.

Hours: Mon-Fri, flexible hours between 8am-6pm

**Salary**: negotiable dependent on experience
