Are you passionate about supporting young people and want to lead a well-respected team of Employability practitioners? Can you develop and deliver service pathways to engage young people?

We currently have an exciting position in the organisation for an Employability and Wellbeing Coordinator to join our committed and outcome focussed team.

**About the role**

In this role you will coordinate the delivery of integrated young people’s services, focusing on employability and health & wellbeing services. You will provide leadership and management of our employability delivery team that focus on or include employment support with integrated emotional health and wellbeing interventions.

You’ll be responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing Project Delivery Plans and the achievement of contracted outcomes, as well as specific project components such as communication with referral agencies, partners and funders. You will also contribute to securing forward funding alongside colleagues within the Business Development team.

**About You**

Your experience and understanding of the delivery of frontline employability programmes in an evidenced and outcomes-focused environment will be vital to ensure that we can provide the support required by vulnerable young people. You will also bring experience of developing and managing projects/initiatives involving multiple stakeholders along with exceptional organisational and time management skills.

As you would expect understanding of safeguarding procedures and referral processes will be essential.
