Chapman Tate Associates seeks an IT Support Engineer (2nd-Line) to join this leading IT Managed Services provider. They have a reputation for delivering innovative, cutting edge solutions for business from SME to Enterprise, on time, on budget, every time.They are currently experiencing unprecedented growth and offer a collaborative working environment.

The role will include providing support to a range of customers SME and Enterprise based.

Responsibilities will include:
The role will include:

- Provide remote IT support over the phone for numerous businesses
- Provide support for Window Server 2012 - 2019, HP switches, Win 7 - 10, firewalls, network infrastructure, AD DS, DNS, DHCP
- Setup and managed customers Office 365 tenants
- Setup and troubleshoot VPN’s

The role will be based from their Lancaster offices for the first few months and once you are acquainted with processes, the team and customers, you will have flexibility to work a few days from home.

A UK Driving License is needed.

Other areas of the role will include:

- 2nd-Line support
- Daily system checks and responding to system alerts.
- Management of the Service Desk tools.
- Assisting with Service Reports.
- Working with the A/C Managers on service improvement plans & service development.
- Working closely with Meridian IT Operation and Technical Consultants.
- Monthly Service Reporting.

- Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate a high level of independent judgment and initiative.
- Be totally self-motivated and self-managed.
