The Square Room was established in 2011 and has rapidly grown over the past thirteen years to become one of the largest Estate Agent's on the Fylde Coast. Due to expansion, The Square Room is hiring for the position of Sales Negotiator.

**Duties and responsibilities to include**:

- Carry out property instructions and prepare properties ready to market using company car.
- Schedule viewings and valuations in the diary and engage with clients.
- Undertake viewing appointments with prospective buyers using company car.
- Generate and negotiate offers to deliver a mutually satisfactory conclusion for both parties
- Successfully progress sales through solicitor and client liaison to enable an exchange of contracts
- Have previous experience in estate agency.
- Be extremely organised and have good time management
- Have the ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain a high level of professionalism when dealing with clients and colleagues
- Be able to deal with a fast paced and busy environment
- Work under your own initiative and as part of a team
- Be confident and approachable

**Qualifications / Relevant Experience** **Experience in Estate Agency is essential**
- Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office and Outlook
- 5 GCSE’s Grade A-C including Maths and English or equivalent.
- Full Driving Licence
- **Job vacancy is full time**:

- to work the following alternate weeks:
Week One
- Monday to Friday

Week Two
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday to Saturday

**Benefits**
