**About the Role**
As a Front-Facing Reception Administrative Support Officer, your role will be pivotal in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for all visitors. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of administrative tasks, all while being the friendly face of Thames Valley Police. From financial processing to managing the reception area, you'll play a crucial role in enabling the Property Services Department to carry out its functions seamlessly.
**Key Responsibilities**
In this role, you will:
- Extend a warm welcome to all visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, from typing reports to taking minutes and organising meetings.
- Support Property Services staff by handling logistics, records, and assisting with intranet updates.
- Manage reception services, efficiently directing inquiries and ensuring adherence to security protocols.
- Organise and allocate corporate meeting rooms to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail effectively, providing assistance to staff with postal matters.
- Provide administrative support for Property Services systems and services, contributing to overall departmental resilience.
