What's Cooking, a popular café and deli in the thriving market town of Thame, is pleased to offer a fantastic opportunity for a strong and experienced **Café Assistant**, who is passionate about good coffee and has a natural flair for hospitality.

Applications will be welcome from all ages, but please kindly note that this position is not suitable for a school student.

**Key responsibilities**
- Creating warm and welcoming guest experiences.
- Looking after guests with attentive service and warm hospitality.
- Taking orders, serving to table, and clearing tables.
- Serving from the deli counters, and processing transactions.
- Following all housekeeping, hygiene, health, and safety procedures.
- Passionate about great coffee, with a natural flair for hospitality.
- Warm, friendly, and polite, with a talent for attentive service.
- Self-motivated, pro-active, and quality driven.
- Positive and professional, with a strong work ethic.
- Calm, efficient, and customer focused.
- A team player, with a flexible and ‘can do’ attitude.
- Sound working knowledge of hygiene, health, and safety procedures.
