Rapid Response Care Worker

Halton, United Kingdom Care at Home Group Full time

As a rapid response care worker for Care at Home Group, you will play an important role in providing intervention to help with hospital discharges, shift cover ect across the Halton area.

On a typical day you will visit service users home completing their care visits (Sometimes including personal care and medication) for a short period of time until they are moved on to a more permanent care team. The role is located in and around the Halton area with shifts on rotation from Monday to Sunday.

**About you**
- Previous experience within care
- Full, clean driving license and own transport
- Great communication skills.
