**CRM & Database Executive - John Head Office**

**Monday - Friday**

John Clark Motor Group are seeking a motivated, professional and process driven** CRM & Database Executive**. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is seeking a move to join a progressive company.

**Main Job Function for CRM & Database Executive**
- To manage and cleanse the customer and vehicle data for the dealerships
- Manage, train and support the individuals within the dealership that are consistently under-performing on data collection
- Support the dealership and Marketing Executive with any data selections required for marketing
- Plan, manage and implement customer contact programs and direct customer communication
- Understand manufacturer’s data standards and ensure the dealership meets these requirements
- Operate as a team player with regular and clear communication to marketing and dealership colleagues to ensure good relationships are established

**Key Tasks and Performance Objectives of CRM & Database Executive**
- Ensure customer records are accurate and up to date
- Carry out regular selections to check on the "health" of the data, manage the findings and manage the root course of the problem with the dealership by reviewing processes if necessary
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports to Senior Management within the dealership and head office to provide them with an insight of new data collection and maintenance.
- Highlight and concerns in terms of data quality in relation to manufacturer standards
- Manage all data opt outs, deletion requests, gone aways or deceased and duplicates on the system
- Think creatively in terms of how the data can be segmented to drive objectives of dealership
- Provide data selections as and when requested by marketing executive, dealer / head office management and corporate teams in a quick and efficient manner.
- Ensure any customer complaints are clearly recorded in the system
- Data cleansing, management and dealer guidance / training required to ensure JCMG data objectives are met
- Report concerning data anomalies or consistent poor data capture to the CRM/Database Manage

**Qualifications and Skills required as CRM & Database Executive**
- Basic understanding of database systems and how to analyse/manage data
- Ability to write customer communication content would be beneficial
- Competent with computers
- Organise, structured, motivated and calm approach to work
- Good communication skills would be beneficial
