As a HR Advisor you will have a series of roles and responsibilities to adhere to, which include but aren't limited to:

- Build relationships and provide all levels of management professional support and advice on employee relations issues.
- Be the lead on process and policy reviews, development and revisions.
- Lead and support with restructuring exercises, ensuring effective teamwork.
- Manage recruitment from scoping requirements through to interview and offer.
- Improve direct and agency led recruitment processes to drive down the cost for recruitment
- Responsible for the on boarding of all new starters
- Support the Talent Manager in delivery of new or existing L&D processes and practices.
- Manage the employee exit processes including the end of FTC and exit interviews
- Lead on maternity, paternity, shared parental and other formal absence requests
- Analysis of HR reports and action where appropriate.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- HR qualification or working towards a relevant qualification
- Proven HR Generalist with an ER background within a fast paced operational environment
- Previous experience of coaching Line Managers
- Thorough understanding and knowledge of employment legislation
- Track record of effective recruitment at all levels
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships with people at all levels in the organisation.
- Work at pace and with accuracy.
- Confident character while approachable with tact and diplomacy.
