**Job Summary** Maximus UK takes diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) seriously as a business and therefore a DEI team is needed to support across the business. This role will project manage the DEI strategy, focus on engagement with senior leaders and manage our accreditationswith the Business Disability Forum and the Race at Work Charter.

We are looking for people as passionate about DEI as we are and who have experience of working on DEI in a large organisation. This role will project manage the DEI strategy, focus on engagement with senior leaders and manage our accreditations with theBusiness Disability Forum and the Race at Work Charter.

Role Responsibilities:

- Engage stakeholders and set organisational wide DEI targets - Lead on implementing, embedding and tracking performance
- Manage the Race at Work Charter
- Work across functions to identify ways improve data usage and produce regular update reports for CLT on progress - data declaration campaign, diversity in recruitment, monitoring promotions etc
- Support Pay team to develop GPG action plan and embed this into ongoing DEI work
- Responsible for identifying how to improve exit interview process and the bullying, harassment and discrimination process and embedding learning back into the organisation
- Responsible for reaccreditation of Disability Confident Level 3 (yearly) and manage relationship with BDF

Essential Criteria:

- A passion for DEI and experiencing of managing and developing DEI strategies, including programme management and target setting
- Experience of engaging with external partners on DEI matters
- Experience of data analysis/data analysis skills, especially in relation to diversity data
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Experience of researching best practice to improve DEI within an organisation
- Experience of engaging senior leadership teams on DEI matters
