**Role Overview**:
As an HR Generalist you will be responsible for providing HR support and guidance to our clients, ensuring they receive expert advice and assistance in all areas of HR management. Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing employee relations, including handling disciplinary and grievance procedures, performance management, and absence management.

Advising on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.

Providing support in employee development and training initiatives.

Contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies to meet client needs.

Assisting in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.

**Requirements**:
CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent in HR management.

Proven experience in an HR role, preferably in a consultancy or SME environment.

Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Proficient in using HR software and systems.
