Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be recruiting exclusively on behalf of a reputable Sheffield based business, who are looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement specialist to champion operational excellence and implement six sigma strategies.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward thinking and innovative CI Team with a leading Sheffield based business.

The Continuous Improvement Lead duties and responsibilities will include:

- Drive a continuous improvement culture that is not only sustainable but achieve exceptional productivity and quality performance
- Strong ability to problem solve and deliver impactful CI initiatives
- Incorporate Six Sigma and LEAN practices into the culture
- Closely analyse business processes using a variety of methods including DMAIC, gap analysis and value stream mapping
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement
- Closely monitor measurable standards from start of projects and throughout
- Be a positive ambassador and mentor for the wader CI team, including Yellow and Green belts
- Lead on CI meetings and presentations to senior leadership team

We are very keen to speak to you if you have the following skills and experience:

- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Hold an accredited Six Sigma Black Belt
- At least 3 years' experience in a CI bias role
- Excellent track record in previously using Six Sigma and LEAN practices, to drive improved performance
