This is an exciting opportunity to work in our Shawlands location. Must be flexible to cover in our West End location also.

Your role will be as Fashion Advisor in our Shawlands boutique. Full training provided. The role will involve:
Deal with all customer service aspects of the day to day running of the boutique, replen stock, merchandise, till operation, window dressing, visual merchandising the store, process returns/refunds, build relationships with customers, provide first class customer service.

We are looking for the best of the best to join the Ruby Woo Boutique Team. Flexibility to work in all locations (Southside, West End) is essential.

Part-Time - Saturday 10-5 and Sunday 12-4. Must be flexible to cover holidays in all stores.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has...
- At least 6 months Retail Fashion Experience/Stock Control experience. Visual merchandise experience would be advantageous but not essential.
- A genuine passion and love for fashion
- Be able to merchandise, stock take, replenish stock and keep visual displays on the shop floor to the highest standard
- Have good IT skills and be social media savvy
- Most of all - Excellent communication skills and first class customer service is absolutely central to all that we do. We want our RWB customers to feel at home and experience the very best customer service possible.
