Our UK based production team is vital to our business, it is therefore essential that we have hard working, committed people within the team. The main duties as a Production Operative include building and testing assemblies. You will also be able to identify problems and suggest improvements.

**Must to haves** (minimum of four required):
Ability to solder to a good standard incl. surface mount

Ability to read assembly drawings and wiring schedules

Experience in a production assembly environment

Ability to demonstrate fine wiring skills

Good motor skills and the ability to do fine assembly

Ability to check for defects and identify and distinguish between colours

**What you will need**:
Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Ability to read, write and carefully follow instructions

Excellent attention to detail and good organization skills

Capable of working independently to a production schedule

Able to work under own initiative but also as part of a team

Computer literate

Have the ability and drive to learn new skills quickly
