LONDON
STOIX are partnering with a Global, PE-backed, services organisation that is on an exciting growth and transformation journey.
This entrepreneurial business has grown rapidly over the last two years and is investing significantly in improving processes, controls and governance. They have recently implemented a new ERP system and will introduce a new EPM solution. The business ison a real journey to instil a structured, world-class finance function to complement its incredible entrepreneurial spirit.
They are looking for an experienced Interim Group Reporting Consultant to take ownership of all Financial Reporting and establish best practices and processes.
Responsibilities include:
- Taking responsibility for all aspects of Group Reporting including the production of Statutory Accounts and conducting complex consolidations from global entities.
- Taking ownership of and managing the relationship with the Auditors.
- Step into the Group Financial Controller role when needed.
- Establish best practices and processes with all aspects of reporting.
- Practice trained from a 'Big Four' firm.
- Have demonstrable technical accounting knowledge including IFRS and US GAAP.
- Will have significant experience producing Statutory Accounts and conducting complex consolidations for large, complex global businesses.
- Will have a track record of working in ambiguous, fast-paced, environments and significantly improving processes, governance and control, particularly regarding Group Reporting.
- Experience working with different ERP's and EPM's is highly desirable.
