As an Internal Sales Administrator, you will be working within the Internal Sales Team supporting many areas of sales administration. Your duties will be associated with, but not limited to, the preparation of customer prequalification questionnaires, the writing of quotations, assisting with tender responses, and the generation of both internal and customer reports.

**About The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Sales Administration support: Duties may also include compiling reports and analysing data
- The completion of customer prequalification questionnaires (PQQs), including the utilisation and sourcing of information from all Wernick Group departments, and supporting documents from Wini (Company intranet)
- Liaising with Wernick Group departments and depots, suppliers and contractors, and clients to ensure quotations are completed accurately and on time
- The running of internal and customer reports
- Accurate and timely record maintenance
- Supporting with general operations to help reach sales objectives and ensuring that the KPIs are met
- Stay up to date with new products, features, and Group developments
- Any other support or duties that may be required

- Ability to juggle a busy workload and remain calm under pressure
- IT literate with strong knowledge and experience of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
