**What we are looking for**

We are looking for two highly proficient, experienced **Executive Assistants** to support our **Senior Leadership Team (SLT).**

To be successful in these important roles, you will share our values, commitment, and motivation to make a difference for our residents, clients and communities.

**About the roles**

These demanding roles provide comprehensive administrative (PA) support and diary management to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and sit within our newly created Policy, Performance, Insight, Risk and Improvement Team.

We are looking for experienced professionals with excellent interpersonal skills and political awareness together with well-developed PA skills to undertake these important roles.

You will provide efficient, effective and professional diary support to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and be responsible for ensuring the SLT members are prepared for meetings by commissioning briefings from the policy team and other relevant colleagues.

You will ensure that a complex schedule and electronic diary is maintained accurately for the SLT, making informed judgements based on understanding competing demands, and prioritising appointments appropriately.

You will provide flexible support to the SLT and the Joint Leaders, overseeing administration and continuous cover.

**About you**

You must be highly organised and have a proactive approach to work, with the ability to work flexibly to meet constantly changing deadlines.

You will have the ability to identify key issues that need to be dealt with immediately, to be assertive and at the same time be an excellent negotiator when requesting information on behalf of SLT.

You will be proactive and use your own judgement to determine an approach to a wide range of situations with limited direction, understand etiquette and protocols for addressing individuals in person and in writing and be expected to effectively manage your own workload.
