**2216 - Information Content Coordinator - Aberdeen**

We have an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated **Information Content Coordinator **to join our team in Aberdeen. If you are a team player, possess excellent communication skills and have experience of providing day to day administration and support for Content Management Systems we’d love to hear from you.

**What you’ll do**
- Regular review of content and structure to ensure business relevance and consistency of branding
- Liaising with individual users and departments, on an ongoing basis, to identify new areas where SharePoint can be leveraged
- Provision of support and services for users, including but not limited to:

- Guidance to departments within the business on the structure of their sites
- Encouraging user adoption and contributing to the development of a business wide understanding of the potential of SharePoint
- Identifying and designing training materials and making resources available to users
- Awareness of the Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, PowerApps and Power BI) and their uses within Content Management Systems
- Communicate and collaborate with wider Office 365 team

**What to bring**
- Experience in Content Management Systems with SharePoint Online administration experience being advantageous
- Experience of working on/contributing to Content Management System site design and build
- Experience of designing content templates and setting content standards to ensure content is managed consistently
- Awareness of change management processes - Designing and delivering communication plans, designing content governance frameworks, reviewing and approval of content changes
- Superb collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Design thinking approach

**The salary banding for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 depending on skills and experience**
