**What You’ll Be Doing**

Helping and delighting our customers with your engaging, empathetic and amazing customer service skills; you’ll provide exceptional telephone support in a challenging, busy, and rewarding financial services team for our client who is a global leader in the automotive industry.

**What You’ll Need**

Previous experience in a busy, customer focused dynamic role, you are comfortable and navigating multiple systems, queries, and priorities in a fast-paced environment whilst genuinely enjoy talking to people and you’ll strive for consistent positive outcomes.

Dealing with a diverse client base you will be capable of responding to and assisting with financial queries and requests, able to identify and competently act on constructive feedback and, where needed, sensitively facilitate concerns and complaints while adhering to strict guidelines and procedures.

**Key Criteria**
- You will be required to provide specific documentation in a timely manner to satisfy UK Remote Right To Work checks prior to joining.
- Full attendance is required in the first 4 weeks of training to ensure you are set up for success in your new role.
- You will need to have suitable equipment and environment to work safely and securely from home.
- You must be based in the UK for this role.
- 40 hour week will be shifts Monday-Friday of 9-6, 10-7, 11-8 with 1 Saturday Morning every 4 weeks
