**Project Administrator**

Audio Light Systems Ltd are looking for a Project Administrator to join our team.

Based in Edinburgh and working throughout the UK. Audio Light Systems are a company with a reputation for quality installations across a wide range of disciplines.

Working from our Edinburgh office you will provide support to our Service Manager.

The role requires someone who has exacting standards, attention to detail and a willingness to learn. The role would suit someone looking for a new challenge, a school leaver or parent looking to get back into work. The position is full time however we are open to flexible or part time working.

**Main Duties**
- Provide support to Service and Maintenance Manager
- Main point of contact for all calls regarding service and maintenance calls
- Diary management
- Maintenance database updates
- Warranty and repair bookings
- Invoicing
- Purchase order processing
- Filing and tracking invoices

**Additional Duties**
- Supporting the Project Managers and Office Manager

**Role Requirements**

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team. Ideally, you will have the following skillset:

- Good IT, Literacy and Numeracy skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Excellent timekeeping
- A welcoming telephone manner
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
- Driving License (advantageous but not a requirement).

**Schedule**
- Full Time - 8.00am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday (Flexible working, part time available. Minimum 30 hours)

**Salary**

£25,000 - £30,000 pa depending on experience
