Would you like to be part of a change making charity, working in a creative and hybrid environment?

This is a temporary Team Coordinator role for approx 3-6 months with potential to extend, to start ASAP, full time. 35hrs pw 2-3 days a week in new central London offices, you will be working with a small but evolving change making non-profit foundation, as an experienced administrator, with a pro-active approach to work, able to offer new ideas and challenge current processes with solutions, being a small organisation it is important that you are a comfortable to work with all level including trustees and CEO.

As the Team Coordinator you will be:

- ** Responsible for migrating the organisation to our own Office 365 subscription effectively.**:

- ** Responsible for scheduling team & trustee meetings promptly.**:

- ** Leading on organising, preparing and actioning effective Trustee board meetings.**

To be successful in this Team Coordinator role you will have strong communication and organisation skills, experience in a similar role to offer effective high level support, solid IT competency to be able to get to grips with new software, attention to detail, experience with organisation meetings and minute taking, problem solving, able to work on you own initiative and be comfortable with change and working in a more emergent way.
