We're seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista/All Rounder to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Coffee Preparation**: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks, ensuring consistency and adherence to quality standards.
- **Customer Service**: Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service to customers, taking orders accurately, answering inquiries, and making recommendations based on customer preferences.
- **Food Preparation**: Assist with the preparation of light food items such as sandwiches, pastries, and snacks, ensuring freshness and presentation standards are maintained.
- **Cash Handling**: Operate the cash register, handle cash transactions accurately, and process payments using various methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments.
- **Maintaining Cleanliness**: Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the café, including the serving counter, seating area, and restroom facilities, adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
- **Stock Management**: Monitor and replenish coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies as needed, ensuring adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment, performing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations, assisting with tasks as needed to meet customer service goals and maintain a positive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- **Passion for Coffee**: A genuine passion for coffee and a desire to learn and develop new skills in coffee preparation and customer service.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with customers and colleagues.
- **Flexibility**: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the needs of the business.
- **Attention to Detail**: Keen attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality and presentation in both beverages and customer service.
- **Team Player**: A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.

Pay: £9.71-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 48 per week
