Internal Sales Administrator

A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for an **Internal Sales Administrator**for a permanent contract on behalf of our client based in Fenchurch Street.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and directing them to the relevant colleagues, taking messages.
- Inputting customer details into the system, building quotations
- Dealing with a variety of different queries from customer/ suppliers.
- Creating new clients accounts
- To check stock availability for items when asked with our suppliers.
- issue an order acknowledgement for each order processed
- Assisting with marketing activities and contributing ideas
- Attending regular meetings
- Working in accordance with the standards and values applied by the company.
**Requirements**:
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- A good understanding of pricing and margins
- Patient and able to handle pressure
Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9am
- 5pm
