Main Duties:
Supporting the Registered Manager to keep on top of compliance for service users and care workers to ensure the smooth operation of the domiciliary care service.

Main responsibilities:

- Managing a team of care workers or caregivers who provide in-home services. This may involve spot checks, training, scheduling, and evaluating the performance of the care staff.
- Developing and implementing care plans for clients based on their individual needs and requirements.
- Ensuring that care services meet the required standards and regulations. This involves monitoring the quality of care provided, conducting regular assessments, and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Conducting initial assessments of clients to determine their care needs and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care plans.
- Maintaining effective communication with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Providing ongoing training and support to care staff to ensure they competent with CQC requirements
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of client assessments, care plans, and service delivery.
