**Key Responsibilities**:

- Secure optimal stock levels, refine stock management processes, and guarantee inventory precision.
- Directly address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints, maintaining high standards of customer service to build loyalty and trust.
- Supervise financial record-keeping, authorize payments for supplies, and enforce stringent security measures for both premises and data.
- Handle supplier negotiations, establish competitive pricing, and adjust financial terms to support strategic objectives.
- Uphold the highest standards of merchandise quality and leverage advertising and visual merchandising to boost brand visibility and sales.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrable experience in retail and/or wholesale management.
- Exceptional leadership capabilities and team development skills.
- Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
- Strategic and analytical thinking with meticulous attention to detail.
- Robust financial understanding and management proficiency.
- Agile and able to adapt in a fast-evolving industry landscape.
- Willingness to relocate and ability to adapt to new cultures.
