CAMHS Senior Mental Health Practitioner All Age First Response Service

We are looking for Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join the First Response Service team based in Exeter. We are seeking to recruit a number of experienced individuals with a background in Children and Young Peoples Mental Health who are both visionary and motivated to join our mental health First Response Team. This is a newly commissioned service which promotes a dynamic and innovative way of working; triaging and responding to crisis referrals. The role encompasses the NHS principle; right care, right time and right place. The role involves providing a brief clinical risk and mental health assessment, formulation and short-term contingency planning for CYP presenting in mental health crisis, alongside delivering a similar service to adults. Training and support will be provided with regards to the assessment, formulation and safety planning of adults presenting with a mental health crisis.
