As a **Caretaker **at Sodexo in** YsgolAberconwy School, Morfa Drive, Conwy, LL30 8ED**, you will be part of a team that encourages growth through the the ranks of the business. This role needs amazing interpersonal skills to help build relationships with fellow team members and patrons of the site and most importantly make an impact with with your everyday actions. **What you’ll do**:

- Managing Security of the building and managing keys
- Water Temperature checks onsite
- Painting and decorating
- Carry out routine checks of toilet facilities and main areas of the school
- Provide proactive and helpful support to cleaning staff
- Respond to all Sodexo helpdesk calls in a timely manner
- Complete planned and reactive maintenance tasks onsite
- Once fully trained Participation on on call rota is required ( 1 week in 4 ), along with callout allowance
