Here at Active Claims Solutions, we provide excellent service, replacement vehicles and repair management services to victims of non-fault road traffic accidents.
**Previous experience in a customer service role is essential and ideally you will need to have previous experience in dealing with motor claims or at least motor insurance industry experience.**
**This is an Office based role in Ferndown Dorset, we do not offer Hybrid working.**
As a Live Claims Handler, you will be dealing with our referring clients, and victims of road traffic accidents, so you will need excellent communication skills and telephone manner, as well as the ability to build a rapport with people over the phone.
Immediate Start Required.
**Responsibilities**:
- Review and process Motor insurance claims.
- Verify the accuracy of claim information.
- Ensure that all claims are processed in a timely manner.
- Provide customer service to claimants and our brokers.
- Resolve any discrepancies in the claims process.
- Maintain accurate records of all claims processed.
- Assess accident circumstances to establish liability, which may involve engaging with other key parties and obtaining detailed information.
**Salary**: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
