**About Us**

Here at Breckland Garden Buildings Ltd we manufacture and install sheds, summerhouses, barns and garden studios to customers specifications. We are based in East Harling, Norfolk but our customer's are mainly in Surrey and the surrounding areas. We pride ourselves on our product quality and service we deliver and are looking for someone to join our team to work in the workshop manufacturing buildings and also when needed work with our team of installers.

**Job Role**

The role will be split between the road and workshop depending on the weeks schedule.

The role will include traveling from our base in East Harling to various customer locations around Surrey.
- At the moment our team is on the road 5 days a week, Monday to Friday. Each day is between 10 and 12 hours, this includes travel time. Weekend work may sometimes be required.
- Due to our delivery and installation area for our buildings this role will require the person to meet at our base in East Harling at around 4.00 am in the morning. This allows you to be able to arrive at the first job in Surrey or nearby locations in good time.
- An average load is 4 buildings; however, this is dependable on the location and size of buildings so the load can sometimes be smaller.
- The applicant must be able to undertake specific instructions and work at a fast pace while keeping attention to detail.
- You must be able to carry timber panels that are already constructed to customers bases
- Good communication skills are crucial as dealing with the customer in a professional manner is of the upmost importance to us.
- Previous experience installing sheds, summerhouses etc
- Good time keeping, friendly manner, ability to work in a team and enjoy a laugh or two.

Experience working with wood, ideally carpentry experience.

**Job role-**
- Deliver and install sheds, summerhouses and barns to specifications detailed on customers order forms.
- Communicate with the office staff via mobile regarding any issues or problems when at a job
- You will need the ability to judge whether a base is suitable to erect the building and be able to advise the customer if it is not possible and to contact the office immediately before leaving
- When arriving back at the yard you are required to unload any rubbish into the skip.

Workshop

Cutting boards, solvent treating buildings, depending on skill level other tasks will be required.

Pay negotiable, dependant on experience.

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£34,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Carpentry: 2 years (required)
- Timber building installation: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- driving license and been driving for at least 4- 5 years (required)
