**Responsibilities**:

- Crafting a diverse and enticing menu featuring a variety of waffles, crepes, pastries, and desserts
- Skilfully preparing and presenting waffles, crepes, and pastries with attention to detail and quality
- Developing innovative flavour combinations and exploring new trends in confectionery
- Managing inventory and ensuring the availability of fresh ingredients for production
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to coordinate dessert offerings with the main menu
- Training and guiding junior confectioners and kitchen staff
- Collaborating with the management team to continually enhance the dining experience

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Confectioner specialising in Waffles, Crepes, and Pastries in a reputable restaurant or similar establishment
- Expertise in creating a wide range of desserts, including waffles, crepes, pastries, and other sweet treats
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and flavours
- Ability to craft visually appealing and delicious confections while maintaining consistency
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Creativity and innovation in dessert presentation and menu development
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Culinary qualifications or certifications are preferred but not essential
