ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Retail Store Manager at Saint + Sofia, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets. You will lead a team of dedicated sales associates, fostering a culture of excellence and delivering a memorable shopping experience reflective of our brand ethos.

This is a Full time , 8 week contract role.

Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership:

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, professional growth, and accountability.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance individual and team performance.

2. Sales and Revenue Generation:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet or exceed sales targets.

- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimize product assortment.

- Lead by example in delivering personalized sales experiences, cultivating relationships with clients, and maximizing sales opportunities.

3. Visual Merchandising and Store Presentation:

- Ensure the store layout and visual merchandising align with brand guidelines and showcase products in an appealing manner.

- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual aesthetics throughout the store to create an inviting atmosphere for customers.

- Collaborate with the corporate team on store layout updates, product launches, and promotional displays.

4. Inventory Management:

- Oversee inventory control procedures, including stock replenishment, product transfers, and markdowns, to optimize inventory levels and minimize shrinkage.

- Conduct regular inventory audits and address discrepancies promptly to maintain accurate stock records.

- Monitor product performance and make recommendations for stock adjustments based on sales trends and customer demand.

5. Customer Experience and Satisfaction:

- Champion a customer-centric approach by providing personalized assistance, resolving inquiries or concerns, and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.

- Cultivate long-term relationships with VIP clients through exceptional service, follow-up communication, and exclusive offerings.

- Solicit customer feedback and leverage insights to continuously improve the shopping experience and exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

- Proficiency in retail operations, including sales forecasting, inventory management, and visual merchandising.

- Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to drive business decisions.

- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
