Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Salesperson to join our team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to play a key part in our dynamic team, develop a successful career in sales and contribute to our ongoing growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, target, and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
- Visit existing and new customers weekly.
- Understand and promote a range of agricultural equipment and services.
- Provide expert advice and solutions tailored to customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to contribute to the company's success.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in excavator attachments or agricultural sales.
- Strong knowledge of excavator attachments or agricultural products and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to meet customers.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining customer records and generating reports
