Do you have experience of working in housing with income or another related area?

If yes, then we want to hear from you

Our income management team collects rent and other money owed, Garage arrears, Former Tenant Arrears, Sundry Debts etc. and provides guidance to our customers about benefits and other support available. We're looking for someone who can work independently and come up with solutions, whether working on their own or with a team.

Be responsible for the income management of around 1000 homes.

Be focussed on making sure that our customers have a positive experience with Community Housing.

It is a vital role and is essential in helping us provide safe, secure and warm homes to over 5000 people. More than that, it’s about building trust, developing relationships and enabling people to achieve more and build a brighter future for themselves.

**In this role, we want you to bring**:

Ideally have knowledge of the legal system, the court process, and the PCOL/MCOL system.

A positive attitude and a consistent, engaged team player.

Proactive and able to prioritise your workload.

A willingness to find a solution for customer's individual needs, including effectively negotiating repayment arrangements.

Good IT skills, attention to detail, and an excellent work ethic.

A full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
