Accounts Administrator

**Key accountabilities**:
- Management of financial operations and bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, Bank Reconciliations. Take responsibility for credit control function.
- Management of payroll (outsourced).
- Budgeting and forecasting, reviewing operating costs.
- Liaise with External Accountants
- Preparation of month end accounts and budgeting
**Essential**:
- Qualified through experience bookkeeper / AAT qualified, or Part Qualified ACCA or CIMA accountant.
- Experience using QuickBooks
- Strong IT skills with experience of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and CRM System
- Strong oral and written communication being able to communicate financials to non-financial staff
- High degree of flexibility and able to adapt quickly.
- A proactive and energetic personality.
- Can do attitude and team player.
- Anticipate needs before they arise.
**Preferred**:
- Strong IT skills with experience of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and CRM System
