**About the role**

We are currently recruiting for 9 Residential Assistant’s Term Time 24/25 for the period from September 2024 to June 2025 (Term Time) based at Panns Bank, Scotia Quay and Clanny House.

The role of Residential Assistant (RA) are students who have experience of living in Halls themselves and will be living in halls between the period stated above, offering out of office hour’s support and guidance to students living in the halls of residence.

Other responsibilities include supporting fire safety, responding to emergencies and maintaining good order in the Halls. For example: observing, correcting, recording and reporting breaches in fire regulations, health and safety regulations, the accommodation code of practice and reporting of defect’s/repairs.
