Part Time Sales Coordinator

Our Client on the outskirts of Leeds are a new and used office furniture supplier who do things differently. As a social enterprise, they have a wider focus on helping the environment as well as providing great products and services to their customers.
This is an ideal role for anyone who has worked within a busy, fast paced sales environment but who enjoys the admin side to the sale from taking enquiries, researching and quoting, through to final delivery of goods.
The team are a tight knit and friendly bunch who are welcoming and hardworking and are looking for a sales administrator to join their already busy, successful team.
**Duties**:
- Dealing with all administration relating to the sales process:
- Researching suitable products through preferred network of suppliers and / or catalogues to provide the prospect client with a choice of furniture /equipment
- Preparing the quotations for the customers and presenting to the CD
- Placing orders with suppliers and approving purchase orders, ensuring the order is correct and to the customers request
- Amending any quotes, revising and resending until approved
- Fact finding calls with the client to ensure that the delivery process runs smoothly - enquiring about drop pff points, access etc
- Assisting with the delivery phase planning
- Checking with suppliers the availability of stock and ETA
- Communicating with the customers as and when needed to deliver a 1st class customer service
- Assisting with indirect sales which may include following up on mailshots, sending out and administering newsletter responses, connecting with relevant contacts on linkedin

Working within a team is a massively important part of this role but it also requires an independent and forward thinking work ethic. It’s a must that you can use your own initiative and are happy to help others when needed. The following will also be key:

**Salary**: £10.42-£12.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Leeds: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
