Commercial Fencing Supervisor/ Team Leader

Duties:

- Supervise a team of fabricators, masons, carpenters, and roofers
- Coordinate and oversee the completion of construction projects
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality workmanship
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety protocols
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary materials
- Handle any customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge and experience in all aspects of Fencing.
- Full driving licence
- Proficient in the use of power tools, hand tools, and other equipment related to the construction industry
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- CSC Card in date
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in the construction industry
