Our client thrives when their people thrive. They are currently looking for an Personal Assistant to be a supportive force who empowers their senior leadership.

Given the dynamic nature of the executive landscape, they rely on Personal Assistants to be flexible and consistent while maintaining the confidentiality of high-level systems and operations.

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

Support the Managing Director primarily and provide additional support to other Directors, as required, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently.

Maintain and refine internal processes that support high-ranking executives company wide, and coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflows

Manage communication with employees by liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.

Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that senior executives’ priorities are met, organisational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld.

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to senior executives
- Manage travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation and meals
- Provide administrative and office support, and maintenance of filing systems and databases
- Organise team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site

**REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**

Experience in a similar PA/EA role reporting to senior management

Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees

Strong time management skills and an ability to organise and coordinate multiple concurrent projects

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Diligent with an excellent eye for detail

Highly organised, proactive and driven individual

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook), Adobe Acrobat and social media web platforms

Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges

**DESIRABLE SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**

Experience of accounting within the construction industry

Experience in developing internal processes and cloud-based filing systems

Aptitude for learning new software and systems
