The Wax Bar are excited to announce we are looking for a Front of House Salon Coordinator to join our award-winning team. This exciting new position will cover the efficient operation of our salon front of house and team.
- Be passionate about delivering quality in all aspects of the role
- Have high standards in relation to being the first point of contact and the first impression of the salon for new and existing clients
- Strive to ensure that our clients receive a consistently excellent service during every visit
- Be a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills with clients and team alike
- Have cash handling experience
- Have a genuine interest in business goals and the beauty industry
- Thrive on working under pressure and have strong organisational skills
- Be computer literate

The role will include:

- Overseeing the daily running of the salon schedules
- Involved in recruitment and training process of our front of house team
- Admin tasks within the salons and for the business
- Daily communication with the management team

We are looking for someone with full time availability and ideally the below shift pattern although can discuss for the most suitable applicant:
Tuesday 9:00am - 6:00pm

Wednesday 12:00pm - 9:00pm

Thursday 9:00am - 7:00pm

Friday 9:00am - 7:00pm

Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm
