We have an exciting opportunity for a Truck Customer Support Executive to join our branch in Ipswich.

** EXCELLENT SALARY PACKAGE **

Salary £28,000.00 - £30,000.00 pa basic

Bonus and Overtime also available.

** SHIFTS AVAILABLE **

08:30am - 17:30pm Monday to Friday

**Not only can we supply new and used trucks and vans, we also offer an array of aftersales services, including overnight vehicle servicing and MOTs, tacho calibration, genuine parts and more.**

What you will do
- Provide administrative sales support to the sales team
- To liaise between the sales department and the sales administration department
- To liaise with internal workshops and outside contractors to ensure vehicles are prepped in a timely manner for customer delivery
- To ensure all processes and related procedures are adhered to in every transaction

**Key attributes**:

- Must be able to develop knowledge of vehicle specifications and vehicle ordering systems.
- Computer and keyboard skills
- Good telephone and interpersonal skills.
- Must be accurate and show attention to detail.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and cope under pressure.
- Able to work as part of a team.
