**Salary**: £58,000 - £65,000 per annum

Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Service Delivery Manager (Mental Health) to join our client's team.

**Main Purpose of the Job**:
To efficiently manage the delivery of Mental Health services to clients and patients, ensuring smooth and effective delivery across the UK. Responsible for overseeing both employed staff and the Clinical Supply Chain, and launching innovative operational and clinical services.

**Key Tasks & Responsibilities**:
**Clinical Responsibilities**:

- Manage operational and clinical leadership of Mental Health services, ensuring best practices and adapting services to meet evolving healthcare needs.
- Provide specialist knowledge and guidance within allocated service lead specialism.
- Ensure highest standards of care are maintained for patients, clients, and colleagues.
- Develop capacity and succession plans for effective recruitment and colleague development.
- Provide oversight on clinical training, audit, and support to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain business standards and accreditations.
- Contribute clinical input into new services and solutions.
- Provide leadership to the Clinical Supply Chain Team.
- Oversee management of Third Party Mental Health Partners.
- Contribute to prioritisation of business changes.
- Analyse monthly statistics and Management Information to monitor clinical quality and performance.
- Develop and implement new clinical initiatives.
- Contribute clinically to new and existing business bids.
- Support Client Relations and Business Development Team with queries and bids related to Mental Health Service.

- Liaise with colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
- Undertake any other duties as required.

**Person Specification**:
**Education and Qualifications**:

- Professional Qualification in Mental Health (Essential)
- Full accreditation in professional area of practice (Essential)
- Evidence of continuing professional development (Essential)

**Experience & Knowledge**:

- Experience in clinical setting, preferably corporate healthcare (Essential)
- Practical understanding of business (Essential)
- Experience in Clinical leadership in Mental Health field (Essential)
- Experience in Clinical network Management (Essential)
- Experience in Account Management and Client Development (Desirable)
- Experience in tender writing and submission (Desirable)
- Experience in presenting to various audiences (Essential)
- IT-literate, including Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel etc. (Essential)
