- United Kingdom**Equans is looking for a Facilities Supervisor to join our team based in Horsham Magistrates' Court, RH12 2ET on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a annual salary of £25.000 to £27,000 depending on skills and experience and benefits package.**

**Shift Pattern**:Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00

**What will you deliver?**

As a Facilities Supervisor/Cleaning supervisor you will be responsible for supervising our cleaning teams to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and customer service is maintained across our large-scale government contract.

**This will be a mobile role covering multiple sites. A company vehicle will be provided therefore a full clean driving licence (valid within the UK) is essential.**

**_ For this role you must undergo BPSS level vetting. Part of this includes DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential_**

**Who are we looking for?**

Experience of Industry/public services (essential)

Previous experience of supervising a cleaning team in multiple locations. (essential)

COSHH Knowledge

Understand basic Health and safety principles.

Ability to motivate a cleaning team to attain a consistent specified standard of cleaning.

Good communication and customer care skills

Team Player demonstrating a proactive approach.

Basic knowledge on I.T and Microsoft office systems.
