**The role of the Estimator will involve**:

- Estimator role based in Wokingham
- Liaise with specialist subcontractors, suppliers, designers and utility companies and other to ensure tenders are competitive
- Include health and safety matters into each tender, working closely with different departments and external parties.
- Travel to sites, client meetings and different offices where required

**The successful Estimator will have**:

- Proven experience as an estimator - estimating demolition works across multiple areas; civils, earth and ground works and buildings.
- Commutable to Wokingham and surrounding counties and happy to travel
- Driving Licence
