**Who are we?**

Partridge of Hampshire is a family run, independent retailer representing both BMW and MINI. With our ‘hands on’ Managing Director, Toby Partridge, leading the way, we are the name for BMW and MINI across the region. Having spent over 25 years working with BMW, Toby is passionate about the brand and working with an amazing team around him who feel the same.

**About the role**

As a SMART Repair Salesperson, you will be working with and supported by our Aftersales Management team. You will be responsible for inspecting customer vehicles for cosmetic damage, preparing a repair estimate and selling our SMART Repair Services. The role is varied, challenging and rewarding, along with the opportunity to work with some of the best vehicles in the world.

**About you**

You will be outgoing, fun, very resilient and passionate about customer service.

Ideally, you will have sales experience along with customer service; a large proportion of the role is advising customers of repairs needed to their vehicles and the associated costs.

**Benefits include**

Basic salary starting at £26,000, with an expected OTE of £30,000

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:
