- Managing day to day return to work and working closely with and empowering managers to be confident, competent when dealing with their staff.

**Key skills and experiences that we consider essential for the post are**:
Essential that you can clear a DBS check

CIPD is not essential although would be a distinct benefit, however you will need at least 4 years’ experience if no official qualifications.

Extensive experience of working in a HR development role with excellent working knowledge of employment legislation

Demonstrable experience of the development and implementation of HR & development strategy

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to successfully influence peers and employees to create a sense of common purpose and advocacy

Strong IT skills, excellent use of Microsoft Office products and willingness to upskill with changes in technology

Honest and trustworthy with a strong sense of ethical and professional behaviour ensuring that confidentiality and ethical standards are met
