**Your Role and What You'll Be Doing**

As the Technology Training Specialist, you’ll be designing and delivering innovative training initiatives across the business. Your key focus in this role will be to improve colleague efficiency and productivity resulting in greater business performance, culture change and improved colleague technical capability.
- Designing of learning material in a range of methodologies, including workshops, group coaching and e-learning.
- Conducting assessments to determine the learning needs of the organization and develop training plans to meet those needs.
- Working with stakeholders across the business to ensure that training programs are aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Developing and maintaining training materials such as manuals, user guides, and training videos.

**About You**
- A background working with design and delivery elements of technology learning practises within a Training/Learning & Development function.
- Experience of creating learning material for Microsoft 365 products and undertaking learning needs analysis and evaluation.
- Strong influencing skills and able to successfully build relationships with colleagues across the business.
- Excellent organisational skills and confident working towards deadlines.
