JOB OVERVIEW:

- The Site Solutions Associate will assist the project teams in managing the investigator site reimbursement process of invoicing, accounts payables, and budget data entry.
- Level I inquiries are defined as those indicated within the Customer Support Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- The Site Solutions Associate will also be responsible for various project support and administrative tasks throughout the lifecycle of a study operated within IQVIA Clinical Trial Payments.

Essential Functions
- Generate one-time billings for client sites in department’s proprietary system;
- Scans and posts site invoices and back up documentation to the billings within proprietary system;
- Manages Level I site inquiries in the designated case management system;
- Responds promptly to site inquiries in conjunction with designated department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
- Directs advanced/escalated requests and unresolved issues to designated project team;
- Executes various administrative tasks that support the ongoing lifecycle of a project;
- Other duties as assigned

Experience

Typically requires a minimum of 2 - 5 years of experience

Work Experience Details:

- Demonstrated knowledge with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel) required
- Strong attention to details and accuracy required
- Ability to multi-task required
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, required
- Prior experience in client service at a biotechnology company, CRO, pharmaceutical company or other organization supporting research activities in a financial or data management / analysis capacity preferred
- Prior data validation experience
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to perform tasks with special attention to detail and accuracy; Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of staff and sites as needed, including site contacts
- Ability to organize work efficiently with supervision
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to manage daily details with a high degree of accuracy Excellent computer skills required
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
